I believe in the value of slowing down and getting honest about what’s really going on — in a way that feels manageable, supportive, and grounded.
For over ten years, I’ve worked with people navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, ADHD, addiction, and the quiet overwhelm that builds when you’ve been carrying too much for too long. But more than anything, I work with people who are ready for something to shift — even if they’re not sure what that means yet.
My approach is steady, collaborative, and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore what’s showing up — with care, curiosity, and tools that fit your life.
