Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m here to walk alongside you. I offer a warm, forward-focused counselling experience that integrates both mind and body in the healing process.  I specialize in counselling for adults and youth navigating anxiety, ADHD, addiction, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is body-based and trauma-informed, integrating somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and cognitive tools to support healing at the root level.

Therapy can be a powerful way to break free from old patterns and move toward growth, clarity, and change. Whether you're working through past trauma, struggling with emotional regulation, or exploring your sense of self, we’ll create a path forward that feels steady, supportive, and right for you.

I take a body-based, trauma-informed approach to healing. Our experiences don’t just live in the mind — they’re held in the body. That’s why I blend somatic techniques, mindfulness, and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support deep, lasting change.

In our sessions, we’ll explore how stress, trauma, and emotions show up in both body and mind. You’ll learn to recognize patterns, regulate your nervous system, and develop practical tools to move through life with more ease. My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself.
