Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m here to walk alongside you. I offer a warm, forward-focused counselling experience that integrates both mind and body in the healing process. I am inspired by the strength and resilience of the people I work with and bring the same dedication to my own growth and self-reflection.

What I Offer

   

I specialize in counselling for adults and youth, helping them navigate anxiety, ADHD, addiction, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is deeply body-based and trauma-informed, integrating somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and cognitive tools to help you heal at the root level.

Therapy is a powerful tool for breaking free from old patterns and embracing personal growth and positive change. Whether you need support with past trauma, emotional regulation, or self-discovery, we’ll work together to create a path forward that feels right for you.

My Treatment Focus

 
 I take a body-based, trauma-informed approach to healing. Our experiences don’t just live in our minds—they are stored in the body. That’s why my work blends somatic techniques, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support deep, lasting change.

In our sessions, we’ll explore how stress, trauma, and emotions show up in both the body and mind. You’ll learn to recognize patterns, regulate your nervous system, and develop practical tools to navigate life with more ease. My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself.

Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create a path toward healing that feels aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
