I’ve always loved creating tools that make things feel a little clearer — whether that’s in session, in reflection, or in those quiet moments in between.

Written in short, digestible sections with ADHD-friendly tips, it’s designed to meet you where you are — and help you move forward in ways that feel realistic and doable.
