I will help guide you to understand yourself and your experiences while offering coping tools to help get you through the tough stuff. My practice is shaped by the values of honesty, empathy, and authenticity. Whatever your issues, I will give you the freedom to explore who you are without judgment.
I offer a wide range of counselling services for individuals specializing in addictions and anxiety. I treat depression, trauma, stress, grief, loss, anger, life transitions, and relationships.
